Meal Prep Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering

• Orders are prepared fresh based on customer selections and availability.
• All orders must be submitted before the published weekly ordering deadline.
• Orders received after the deadline may be moved to the following week's menu.
• Menu items are subject to availability and may be substituted with comparable ingredients if necessary. Customers will be notified whenever possible of any significant substitutions.

2. Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time an order is placed unless otherwise approved by GFIT by Keziah.
• Orders will not be prepared until payment has been received.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Customers are responsible for arriving during the scheduled pickup or delivery window.
• For pre-approved deliveries:
  • Someone should be available to receive the order whenever possible.
  • Once a meal has been successfully delivered to the address provided, responsibility for proper storage transfers to the customer.
• GFIT by Keziah is not responsible for meals that spoil because they were left unrefrigerated after delivery or pickup.

4. Food Safety

• Our meals are prepared in accordance with food safety practices.
• Customers agree to:
  • Refrigerate meals promptly after receiving them.
  • Consume meals within the recommended storage period.
  • Follow any heating or preparation instructions provided.
• Meals that have been left unrefrigerated for extended periods should not be consumed.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• GFIT by Keziah prepares meals using a variety of ingredients.
• Although every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, meals may be prepared in facilities where common allergens are present, including but not limited to: Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soy, Peanuts, Tree nuts, Fish, Shellfish.
• Customers with food allergies or medical dietary restrictions are responsible for informing GFIT by Keziah before placing an order.
• GFIT by Keziah cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

6. Nutrition Information

• Nutritional values, calorie counts, and portion sizes are estimates and may vary slightly due to ingredient sourcing and preparation.
• Meal plans and nutritional recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.

7. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled before the weekly ordering deadline.
• Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

8. Refund Policy

• Because our meals are freshly prepared specifically for each customer:
  • Refunds are generally not available after food preparation has begun.
  • Refunds will not be issued for personal taste preferences or changes of mind.
• If an order is incorrect, missing items, or significantly damaged at pickup or delivery, customers should notify GFIT by Keziah within 24 hours of receiving their order. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Inspecting their order upon receipt.
• Storing meals properly.
• Following all heating and handling instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

• GFIT by Keziah is not responsible for illness, injury, or damages resulting from:
  • Failure to disclose food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Improper storage or reheating of meals.
  • Consumption of meals beyond the recommended storage period.
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.

11. Changes to Orders

• Order modifications may be accepted before the weekly ordering deadline, depending on ingredient availability.
• Once meal preparation has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

12. Force Majeure

GFIT by Keziah is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, road closures, utility outages, or other unforeseen events.

13. Changes to These Terms

GFIT by Keziah reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
